Humbler by the penny..

I have been reading ISB related blogs a lot in the past few days..

Here's a small piece by a Ramakrishnan Sankaranarayanan. He is an ISB alumni, who started working at Verizon in Madras after ISB. He apparantly has been a very good performer in school, college and at work before he joined ISB. He talks about how important it is to be put in the midst of minds which are sharper (or atleast as sharp) than one's own. He talks about how much of a humbling experience it can be, and how it can help keep you on your feet.
